Here is the third and final video on the Garbutt-Hathaway Restoration we completed in 1981. Three-phase transformers moved from basement Power Control Station to an underground vault in street below...with five underground one inch copper lines back to property basement. (That's a lot of copper!) Installed six custom heating units with ten individual room controls. Connected sewer and completed hillside irrigation systems and landscaping.
If you need to go to sleep but are wide awake try sitting through this entire video. Works better than a sleeping pill. :o)) As with all three of these Garbutt videos, the VCR tapes were 25 year old when converted so the quality is poor. Sorry!

This stuff is AWESOME! You should be commended as heroes for restoring this old place, as it had a cherished place in our neighborhood. I just wish there were some way to download these videos, but the video downloader I have keeps saying "no recognizable video"!
