People these days don't realize how singers in the 70's thru the 90's were voacl beasts

, harmony was important and havin singers with big ranges was important unlike today, you can here the difference in even the guys singing the backgrounds parts they had so much emotion & soul in there voices plus the music arrangements were strong

This brings back so many memories of my childhood. Remember listening to it on the radio when I was 6-7 years old. Then Psych had to bring it back last week during their show and now the memories come flooding back. It's an incredible pop song with so much emotion and harmonies, something badly missing from today's pop scene.
