It was the Coke commercial that came out right before the one following that which had the Brothers Four and Anita Bryant on the beach in it that aired beginning in April 1960 and continued into the summer of that year.

Actually, it's from early 1960 - generally regarded as the first Coke ad on Australian TV (it's in the first episode of Bert Newton's "Hi-Fi Club", from Feb 1960).
