TF2 Eyelander and Chargin' Targe

Thought I'd upload quick video before bed, this thing is pro if you slice them directly on the head I'm pretty sure it's one hit and decapitation, weapons just came out on TF2

how do you keep it at a constant 30 fps? is it a command

err, when I used fraps it records at 30FPS so my netgraph only showed 30FPS

omg only 30 fps? I got with Chris FPS configuration MaxQuality which has better than PLDX quality I still got in 200 ping servers from 80 to 20 and in normal server i got 200-90
