@dudecctv gopro, got it! Question: When i transfer my videos to my mac from my gopro they really do not look as HD as this video. Not even close. They kinda look terrible compared to this, what did you use/ do to this video to make it glow and just generally make it look so High quality

He uses final cut pro and it lokos like Abe used after effects for the freeze framing thats what i would think and the red tint i have from fxfactory pro
