I'm curious about the sauce you added after the roast was done, because you mentioned the olives in the
sauce. The olives weren't listed in the ingredients. What's the recipe for the sauce?

I like your version, how ever, I would have used garlic paste instead of garlic powder, and marinate the meat for at least three hours before cooking. Overall, very nice job.
