Tae Kwon Do Sparring at 2008 World Championships Chattanooga

I am the one on the far side (white). This video is cool because it is the first time I ever got a 3 point kick (jump kick to head). You can't see it great cause of the angle but I did a jump #2 left front kick to right round kick. I was happy!

I appreciate your constructive criticism. I can see a lot of what many of you had said. The rest of you are being ignored. I need to learn how to delete comments with offensive language.

Why do you have to tear it down? I only spar like that for tournaments, and I didn't want to hurt that lady. In class with solid black belts I rarely use a single round kick for anything. I'm open to criticism to help me grt better, but some of you need to realize that I am a graduate student mother of 2 who loves this art but does not want to risk serious injury.

@airsoftboi1104 well, I was in TKD when he had the La Place school. I was in it for 7 years. I plan on going back. When I go back, I'll be "Mr. Tim Sibley's" student, but Mr. Cothren will always be my real instructor.

I know how sparring feels. I went up against Mr. Dempsey once. Best match of my life. All i would say is just try to keep your hands up. I noticed when you were kicking, your hands were spaced out. Bring them closer and try not to let them flail everywhere. I've done this a lot as well. lol.
