You look amazing. How was the pain. I'm really afraid of pain or excess bleeding etc..I'm sure you had to work hard after the surgery.Because the surgery isn't the cure all.

@MsNK4U The pain was bad, I won't lie. After, I had to follow the progression rules for my eating - and focus on drinking, vitamins and putting protein first. If I'm honest though, it was the easiest weightloss effort I have ever undertaken, minus the surgery part which WAS for me rather difficult.

@boo4310 The first part of my video were my ups and downs before surgery - in other words I keept losing the weight and then gaining it all right back..............which was the whole reason I had the surgery, so I could finally maintain my weightloss!

You look fabulous! Your body looks beautifully toned with no lose skin, did you get a tummy tuck?

@raquelitapartyof5 Thnak you! Nope, no tummy tuck. I'm a pear so my weight always go to the bottom part of me first and I guess I just got lucky............got if from my momma I'm sure.

I do have wrinkles above my knees and in other odd places, but you usually have to look for it so most don't notice thank goodness.

I gained like 100lbs in 5 years. I NEVER had a stomach until now. I'm getting the sleeve in a few days and now I have some hope regarding the loose skin issue. Going to work at not having any but I'm older than you. Though I look younger lol! Thanks for posting this!

I could not have surgery, I am too much of a chicken. Luckily I met someone who showed me how to lose it the healthy way and "no sagging skin" I am 60 lbs down and have 40 to go but the energy I have is amazing and I love my new body and giving away all my size 18 clothes. You can contact me if you want some info. We have a lot of people using the program post surgery as there are a lot of vitamins in it and that is what most lack after surgery

OMG you look absolutely amazing and so much younger now! Go on, on a scale of breaking a bone or childbirth, how bad was the pain to have this op? Also, how did you manage not to have excess skin, did you exercise for hours a day? I LOVE the pic of you in your bikini side by side, just shows how far you have come, good luck for the future xxxxxxxxxxxxx
