Do you mean "Flamenco" music? It's a mix of flamenco, techno(or whatever, can't differ electro from techno and shit) and orchestral music, I frigging love it.
Flamenco music is originated from spain, instrumental flamenco is the best.

The music from 0:30 plus is Zero, the one that starts when larry starts talking is one from the interviews, I don't remember which now, it's been more than a year since I've listened to the whole soundtrack.
