@liberal20111 Everything wrong! Kerensky got in office on 21 July 1917 (Czar was long gone). USSR wasn't formed until 1921. Czar was forced to abdicate by Provisional Government formed by "Duma" (parliament) and "Soviets" (workers councils). Trotsky was living in New York City at the time of February Revolution of 1917
