  • I"ve posted this on other YouTube Malcolm X videos, but it bears repeating: Malcolm was one of the most sane individuals to have ever walked this Earth. I am a white man saying this. Malcolm spoke the truth. His intelligence was vast and deep. He was -- and will continue to be -- an example for all humanity in our struggle to engage our highest instincts for decency, justice & dignity.

  • Malcom X is one of the most fascinating people in American history. I read his autobiography in high school and was stunned to learn of the unique path he walked throughout his life. We could use Malcom today--a man of great insight, commitment, and compassion.

  • It's a shame these sort of documentaries arn't shown on TV anymore. If they invented a Malcolm X channel there would never be a boring moment.

  • thank you for posting this video, God Bless you

  • This video should have well over 50 million views.51,000? come on! weak!

  • @Mobbin4theArt Her real name is Ester Role, and yes thats her she is of African Bahamian decent, a graduate from Hunter College and has been a positive role model and activist for black struggles on up to her transition in 1998. I loved her and she will be greatly missed.

"Malcolm X would be an American hero if he wasn't black"

I personally don't understand how; since all America's heroes were theives, murderers and slavers/slave owners! How do you compare the life of Malcolm X to the life of George Washington (a known slave owner). How can you compare the peaceful protests of Africans in America to the violent and brutal bombings of Japan and Vietnam by the US government!

No sir. He wouldn't be an American hero period!

  • it says in the quran any human being born outside of islam who finds islam through theyre life is better then the most religious muslim in the eyes of allah

  • This is a great movie that every culture should watch. Especially if you live in America!

  • yes for Dr. Clark

  • @bapyou I agree with U. I believe anti Malcolm X people can't see beyond the human rights/race issues of the time & comprehend the common sense & honesty in his message which applies to all mankind. History has exposed so much injustice in the struggle for dignity & we now understand how racism is used as a divisive method which keeps us constantly bickering over non-issues we solve. I'm not black either but IMO Malcolm X would be an American hero if he wasnt black
