  • I love Carl. He exposes how stupid anti-veg knuckle draggers really are. One of the most dominant atheletes of all time.

  • wow.awesome its so usefull

  • Love Carl Lewis, Living proof of what can be achieved on a No meat, No dairy diet. I would love to see those so called professional athletes with so called good " genetics" scoff down a combo from golden archers during there event. In my world of endurance sports, Ironman, I would welcome the thought of some genetic freak competing at any ironman distance event while eating burgers, fried chips, ice cream sundays, Vs water, fruit, options at the aid stations before 17 HOURS.

  • Why don't you consider DietOramy diet system? Have you seen this? I've located it aimlessly by scanning around and that info is nothing less than incredible... Now i'm reducing my unwanted fat and feeling like extra healthy.

  • @CerebralPrince10 but i can assure you there genetics got scouted in high school long before their time in the gym did. (most high school athletes barely work out, or work out incorrectly)

  • @CerebralPrince10 actually there are a few cases of that lol, it is rare though. like the red headed reciever for the saints never touched a football till he was 20. Or the soccer players from africa that never played ball till they got drafted just based on genetic size and athletiscm. I guess the point is if you are trying to look at the "best diet" pro athletes are no the best model to look to based on their superior gentics. But yea obviously they train.

Im not saying that there is no influence from genetics or diet, Im just saying that the underlying success comes from the practice you put in. Those guys in the NBA, even those that don't lift, have still put up thousands of shots and hours dribbling, passing, working on defense, as well as the various aspects of their athleticism. It is not like they turned 20 picked up a basketball for the first time and signed a contract because his DNA was primed for basketball success

  • @CerebralPrince10 now even the genetically gifted people are really hitting the gym to land that cash. There defiantly are still pros who dont. NBA is a perfect example alot of guys eat like crap, dont lift and hmmmmm are 6'9' and can jump out the gym lol. A little genetics there....just a little lol

  • @CerebralPrince10 hmm how i do i put this... i guess living in innercity neighborhood you kind of pick up on these kind of things. Like how the the innercity schools smoke the suburban schools in track and field. They are eating chips and honey buns from the corner store, while the suburban kids are eating broccoli and have personal trainers. A better example of genetics would have been about 40 years ago in pro sports when $20 million dollar contracts werent on the line
