All the artwork was done with Sharpies, so i think Sharpie Fiero is appropriate. One side of the car is pretty well covered and the other side is completly blank. The paint is Flat White. The car was outside of Hot Rod Refinishers in Rockville, Maryland and the artists name is Pinstripe Chris. It's a neat sharpie art car... kindof reminds me of the sharpie lambo except not a lambo.

Enjoy!

  • how much does he charge for this? just curious

  • @EpikKustumz I charge depending on many things- If I'm clearing over it then prep, mask, clear, wet sand and buff is added. Intricacy and density make a big difference as well. I will say that of the things I do (painting, airbrushing, pinstriping) Sharpie is the most expensive. If it's a small job it isn't so expensive, but normally I'm doing cars, bikes, hoods... bigger stuff. And man is it fun.

  • what happens if it gets wet?

  • that is some sick ass work

  • @cruizin4customs I looked at your other car vid (after I saw this one) and the scale felt dead on. The uniform and balance on both are fantastic, but the bigger shapes on the other vid of the Cadillac really bring it to life. You have fantastic rhythm and structure, a real intangible quality in design and abstract. Kudos.

  • @cruizin4customs so basically if you make a little mistake you can cover it by altering the design oh so slightly.

Thanks for the constructive reply btw, its nice to see that youtube isn't full of dickheads.

  • @Cafferssss You can't erase anything so you have to get every line down on the 1st try. There's very little room for error, but little things can be creatively adjusted

  • @bissel100 Thats true- this is the one car I didn't clear over because the guy who bought it from me wanted it the way it was- but all the sharpie jobs I've done since I finished with clear coat

  • @flynnkid2 I'd love to do it- if your serious about getting some sharpie art done send me an email: Cruizin4Customs@hotmail.com

  • @xXShadowRejectsXx This is the accumulation of about 40 hours of freehand drawing

  • @VisionsofSprode What I try to do is scale the artwork to the amount of surface area im working on. I feel like the detailed artwork looks better close up and in photos, but I agree- from far away you lose alot of detail... but that can draw you in. I also try to commit to a scale so that there is a level of uniform and balance
