This morning I woke up at 3 am with a knot in my stomach. Seems like everything that I'm going through (growing from) tried to creep up on me in the middle of the night. But alas, I thank God for this song and the angels that brought it to me in a dream. Here is me singing with my friend melissa singing with me...yeah. lol. I love you world. breathe through your moments if you can't speak clarity to a thing. singing is a peaceful path i like to take.

I suffer from panic attacks too. What works for me is a tea called Linden. Get the Tadin brand at Food for less, or the mexican food stores. Tila tea in spanish. It really works.
