How to make a shoe by hand, Part 11k: Finishing the outsole and heel

Part eleven K in a series on how to make a shoe by hand with easily obtainable tools and materials. Our project shoe is a cap toe semi-brogue. We will learn how to carve the outsole and heel and then slick the edges with gum tragacanth.
