You have the most beautiful eyes!! Look, I thought I needed to be motivated and in control and it doesn't work that way. No one puts a potato chip in their mouth unless they need it. Instead of potato chips keep Wasa or fat free pretzels or celery sticks with tons of salt in the house and eat when you want to eat. I do. Walking is easy. Take 5 minute walks. Once you're walking for 5 minutes you'll probably want to keep walking. Love you!!!

Also we have to find new ways to deal with PMS eating and other times we want to eat or DRINK something that is bad by just making better healthier choices.
OK... I think it is regaining control and stopping bad habits and creating new ones. I think once we put our mind to it and know this is a way of life that we just do it becuase this is what needs to be done.
Just realize that for instance that "bad" food isnt worthy of being in your body!
also its like a high when you can resist that cinnomin bun.. maybe you need more structure? take it one hour at a time if you have to .. say ok this hour i am not going to eat anything that is bad for me.. and so on..
