Im proud to my empire. The jeaously of the English have always had of the spanish is known. The British did not write much about the Spanish by the humiliating defeats that led them. The Spanish Empire was a glorious powerfull and amazing empire and the Brithist to. In Km2 the kingdom of Philip II was the most large.

Raiders? The spanish soldier was the best soldier in the XV-XVII century. You know the spanish Tercios?¿ You know Tercio viejos?¿ Nobody can defeat this soldierwithout suffering heavy damage. They were like the phalanx of Alexander the Great but much more modern. When cavallery attack they used the "square" formation whit the pikes.

Spanish Empire 1492-1898. Had possesion in all continents. The sun never set in Spanish Empire. Most North American cities founded by the Spanish. Los Ángeles, Santa Mónica, Santa Bárbara, California, San Diego, San Antonio, etc.

In extension Spain was the largest empire.

Philip II dominated the largest empire of all time.

@Fresi99 Search on google or wikipedia the Largest Empires of the World, it will show you. The British is 33.7 million KM Squared of Land Mass, then the Mongols with 24.0 million KM squared, then the Russian Empire with 23.7 million KM squared. Lastly the Spanish Empire with 20 million KM squared of land mass. It's simple logic.
