  • Can you say anything substantive about her? Or is it just her gender and sexual orientation that you don't like?

  • she was a rhodes scholar, so she is definitely smarter than anyone mocking her sexual orientation.

  • also another good part of it was that it attempted to and sort of succeeded in calming the markets a bit.

  • the bailout was fundamentally a good idea...simply because the banks were meant to lend out the money....BUT THEY DIDN'T. Instead they just did whatever they wanted with the money, because Hank Paulson didn't put any restrictions on what they could do with the money.

  • I wish they would quit calling it a bail out and call it what it is! Robbery of the United States tax payers. People who rob banks are bank robber's. What do you call bankers who commit robbery of a nation? Banker thief? Banker crook? Oh, I get it! It's not about the to big to fail, it is straight up in the face to big for jail kind of fail!

  • @rubearo Liar? Your Bush was the liar when our innocent troops were beheaded you bastard!

  • @rubearo And who the hell are you GOD! Let me tell you something! God will punish you before he punishes anyone else because you are placing Gods judjement in your hands which is a bad idea!

  • Rachel Maddow rocks! Rachel for President!

  • @comgeek24: Glad to know that I'm in good company.

  • @Ronin1914 No, it's not just your opinion, it's mine, too. :)

  • @comgeek24: Absolutely! I believe that spelling and syntax are highly important when it comes to the expression of an idea or opinion. The quality of our thoughts and ideas are only as good as the quality of our language (and spelling). If someone is too lazy to go pick up a dictionary (or even GO TO THE ONE THAT'S ONLINE), then why should anyone bother taking into account that person's opinion? To quote Dennis Miller, "Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.".

  • @Ronin1914 So you agree?
