Sorry for the long wait, there's alot going on in my life, and lots of drama so yeahh but i'll try to post more often.Heree it is:
**With Demi**
Derek:Where have you been?!*angry*And who was that guy in that car with you?!!
Demi:*scared* he..um..h-he..i...
Derek:*comes closer to her* I SAID, WHO THE HELL IS HE?!!
Demi:N-nobody!H-he just offered to drive me h-home, so i wouldn't have to walk in the rain...
Derek:*inches away from her face*I better not see you with that asshole again, IS THAT CLEAR?!
Demi:*gulps and nods*
Derek:Now get out of my sight, you slut!
Demi:Y-yes sir.*runs to her room*
[a/n:Derek is just some guy who owns the orphanage, you'll find out more about him later..unfortunately.Oh and Demi shares her room with two other girls.Laura is 10 yrs old and Rosey is 4 yrs old]
Demi:Hey guys...*shaking a bit*
Laura:Heyy Demi! Are you ok?
Rosey:DEMI!!!!*runs up and hugs her legs*
Demi:*smiles a bit and picks Rosey up*Hey Roseyyy *kisses her nose*..Don't worry about it Laura,I'm fine.*gives Laura a hug*How was your day?
Laura &Rosey:goood.
**-at night time-**
Rosey:*asleep*
Laura:*laying down next to Demi* Hey Demi?You awake?
Demi:*turns to face her*Yeah Laura?What's wrong?
Laura:Rosey got adopted.
Demi:What?!
Laura:*nods* I saw the people who are going to take her..they looked mean.*sad*
Demi:*sighs*That's how life is,for kids like us.Either we have no parents,or their usually mean.
Laura:*about to cry*But why?Why us?We never did anything wrong! It's not fair!!
Demi:*sighs*I know...but life isn't fair.*looks at Rosey* I'm gonna miss her
Laura:*starts crying*Me too
Demi:*hugs her* shhh *softly sings her a lullaby*
Laura:*falls asleep in Demi's arms*
Demi:*kisses her forehead and falls asleep too*

**-next day at school-**
Joe:*in chem class, looks around and doesn't see Demi anywhere and she doesn't show up*
**lunch**
Joe:Have you guys seen Demi anywhere?
Chelsea:*makes a face*You mean the loser?Why do you care?
Joe:We have a project to work on and it's due soon..
Chelsea:She's a nerd..just let her do it all.
Joe:That wouldn't be fair..
Chelsea:*laughs* Who cares?As long as you get a good mark.
Joe:Whatever...
~With Demi at the airport~
Demi:*gives Rosey a biiig hug* I'm gonna miss you Rosyyy, have fun at your new home.
Rosey:*cries* I'm gunna miss you too Demi, and Laura,Bye! *they have a group hug*
~later~
Demi:*watches the plane fly off; a tear rolls down her cheek*
Derek:*impatient* Come on,hurry up!
Demi*sighs and takes Laura's hand* Come on, let's go..
--they get home--
(after school)
Joe:*knocks on the door of the orphanage*
Demi:*opens the door* Joe?!
Joe:Hey..why weren't you at school today?
Demi..I..uhh..had stuff to do..
Joe:Oh..Well I was thinking we could maybe work on the project then?
Demi:*thinks:Derek's not home so I guess It's okay..*Umm fine but we have to work at your house.
Joe:uhh..okayy...no problem.
~They go to Joe's house and work on the project~
Demi:Oh crap, it's late I gotta go..
Joe:But it's 7:30, and we're not done yet.
Demi:I know but Derek's probably..nevermind.*takes out her cellphone* Put in your number..I'll call you when I have some time to work on it kay?
Joe:Yeah sure..*puts it in*
Demi:*hurries out the door* Bye Joe!
**-At the orphanage-**
Demi:*comes in quietly*
Derek:*comes out of a room drunk and looks at her*
Demi:*eyes widen and slowly backs away*
Derek: Ahh Demi, It's you.*looks her up and down and walks towards her*
Demi:Demi:*too scared to move anymore*
