It was not a victory for freedom. The court said that government can issue "reasonable" restrictions. Read the 2nd amendment, there is no phrase saying restrictions are ok. Anytime a restrictions is put on guns, our rights are being infringed upon.

Bob Barr is the only true American running for President.
You can call yourself Democrat or Republican, but if you support either major party candidates you are not a true conservative.
McCain wants to illegaly wiretap YOU, run a governament of perpetual war of agression and only cut taxes for the super-rich while leaving you in the cold.
