  • Here's a great self help book for social phobia: "Overcoming Social Anxiety and Shyness: A Self-Help Guide Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques", by Gillian Butler. I highly recommend it!

  • I have been scared of planes for 25 years. I ordered your book and after a while I got over my fear of flying. Thank you,

  • amazing..I'm 19 years old and have had anxiety all through life beginning in early childhood. I've always followed my gut instincts and the rule of struggling and fighting, even for my anxiety, and it never went away. About 2 years ago, I decided "challenge" and defeat anxiety once and for all, I was pretty much at war with myself. All I can say is, things went TERRIBLY wrong. Then I stumbled across your articles and videos and they SAVED MY LIFE, glad to say I'm recovering now. Thanks a lot!

  • This guy makes a lot of sense and he indeed knows what he is talking about.I have had severe panic attacks for 20 years untill I have discovered the books of a late Australian Doctor CLAIRE WEEKES which in fact saved my life.I read all her 5 books and PRACTICE everyday all her recommendation and i am now CURED.

  • I would have lost trying to remember the lyrics of the song. Sad. Anyway, I'm surprised that the official cases of Panic Disorder in the US and worldwide are small. I developed the horrible disease as a result of suffering abuse for a long time by more than one person. Physical, sexual, verbal, and mental abuse is so common, I'm surprised more people don't struggle with this disease. Currently I'm on disability. My family do not care, nor do they understand. They say I'm mooching off the gov.

  • Thanks for psoting good to know not alone i first got the attacks in october 2005 and they went away significantly by end 2006, they back now!,Does anyone know other than saint johnwort any herbs for anxiety attacks? and has anyone ever heard of cayenne pepper tablets used for it and possible link between panic attacks and artifical sweetners, i have come across sites warning of problems form usuage of artficla sweetners and just about every site said they cna aggravate panic attacks?
