@dheniff1 Yeah, or the other way around. They were both similar, although Bill was smarter, and Sam was louder, although not by much.

It's nice to hear some 80's optimism for a change.
-
If only he knew how popular Never Gonna Give You Up still is.
-
@46spoony Where in the hell did you get that idea?
-
@krisso247 I think Sam Kinison may have gotten ideas from Hicks
-
@nicetomeetyou25 Where did that come from. He was one of the worse presidents ever, if you are asking.
-
His comedy is timeless, and still ahead of his time, he broke all the rules on purpose and no apologies.
-
lol, he'd have really loved dick cheney, living for years with no heart....

@africaRBG I think also alot of his topics are still very current, smoking, drugs, war, some of the politicians have changed, but they are still doing the same things. He was just a funny bitter comedian and that's what makes it. I think the intelligence of his comedy shines through as well which makes it timeless.

Bill: "The guy's like Jason...I'm back! AHHH! AHHH! AHHH!
Me: ROFLMFAO
Everyone here loves Bill. He took heaps of drugs to expand his mind and later on he stopped. I know lots of pot-heads who are just wastoids playing PS3 and become vegetables, and other pot-heads who are into philosophy, science and into expanding their consciousness. Drugs don't make the man, the man makes the drug experience. I've been watching Bill Hicks for more than 20 years and love the guy, he's sorely missed. You guys are just elitists who are full yourselves. Bill would have cringed.

does anyone else notice that in many bill hicks videos his style makes him look is as if he is performing now in 2012? i dont mean this in a conspiracy way but his look was kind of timeless, its only when you see shots of the crowd that you know the stand up is from the 80s/early 90s and obviously certain current references to popculture of the time period.
