Actually Obama doesn't screw up. Roberts does. (Notice Obama grinning while Roberts fumbles and struggles to correct himself regarding the position of the word "faithfully". )
Roberts has since then apologized to Obama personally, and the whole swearing in has been repeated.
I hope, for your own sake, that you read up on what actually happened there and then change your title. Otherwise you'll just look foolish and ignorant.
