@daftbottv First off, don't call me an idiot. You don't know me in real life. Second, your internet-rage is useless. No matter how much you scream and yell, you'll only make yourself look like more of an idiot. Alot of people like MUGEN, and it is technically not a game, it's an engine. As I have said before, we like it, we think it's great, and nobody is forcing you to like it. As far as I see, it's a win-win situation. Can't we just get along?

@daftbottv I'm not saying MUGEN is better than anything. You are putting words in my mouth. I have not "FAILED". I was explaining that MUGEN wasn't broken. Why are we arguing over the internet? It's just a game. And your definition of balance is wrong. Street Fighter II is a balanced game, because no character has complete power over another, there is always a counter and everyone has a weakness. It doesn't mean you tweak it because it doesn't work.

@HARVESTERFTW nothing is wrong with fun... but no... it's not a good fighting game. You're explaining why you like it, but not defending why it's better than any other fighting game on the market.

We could Balance out whatever the hell it is you're talking about... but having to do that means you have to tweak the game because it didn't work in the first place.

@daftbottv Calm down, and stop yelling.This IS a good fighting game. You may not like it , but don't say it is broken. And sure, no two MUGEN engines are the same. But most of the characters are. Let's say We both have Juggernaut by SPLODE. We can balance that. Because we both have the same character.And another thing, MUGEN will never be a tournament game, that's true. You are right there. But that doesn't mean it sucks, and that doesn't mean people can't think it's fun. What's wrong with fun?

@HARVESTERFTW you clearly don't get it! No two versions of Mugen are alike. THEREFORE there's no true way to practice or balance the game out. Sure it's fun for fucking around...

BUT THIS IS NOT A GOOD FIGHTING GAME. You can NOT honestly defend it like it belongs in tournament play. It's very obvious that it doesn't and never would.

When compared to every professionally made fighting game EVER it STINKS.

@daftbottv You don't seem to be getting it either. Just stop screaming, and listen for a moment. MUGEN is pretty well put together. They would play well together. I have Ryu and Kyo in my roster (no, not the CAPCOM vs. SNK versions), and they fight well. In fact, it's always been close! Why sure, some characters don't go well together, and some have unfair advantages. But there are always counters to those if you memorize breaks in the offense or defence. See?

@HARVESTERFTW You're not getting it at all. So you unalter the stats of say Ryu from SF and put him in the game... then you take a character from KoF and put him in the game.

NOW those characters aren't altered, but THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY'D PLAY WELL TOGETHER! That's why Capcom vs SNK sits on a new platform and the characters are reworked.

Mugen COULD Be good one day, but not until it's a horribly broken fighter with no balance. I'll stick to SFIV

@daftbottv You can not like MUGEN, that's fine, but you can't call MUGEN broken, as there are many fine characters that aren't broken. And, if people are having fun, what's the problem? In fact, most characters from retail 2D fighters made perfect, unaltered transitions to MUGEN. Fill your roster with those characters instead, then. MUGEN isn't perfect, and there are horribly cheap and broken characters, but there are an equal number of well made fighters.
