I'm not totally sure, but those ones of the little kids I believe are from the "It's a Small World After all ride" kids. Also those that you also don't know what "Mickey is suppose to be" are pins that are based of the very popular line of block figures called "vinylmation." The figures feature Mickey's head and body, but are usually painted to look like a different character or something, your Toy Story Alien is a part of that set. They're getting pretty popular even made some Muppet ones.
