i kept staring at the sliver couch and the door and all of a sudden mario jumped out and i was like Mario :D are you my guide hes like no srry. im like FAwK and i sat and stared and then my dad walked in and i said are you dad hes like no. walks out. it kinda is my imagination that fucks up meditation

@MrYourmom101 This is all great and very similar to how it was for me when I first did this excersise. These are the "false guides" but are important training. Don't give up! You will meet your true guide and your imagination is the key to finding him/her! Blessings :)

@IronWolfHunter Well...lol i'm 11 and i'm doing it. Your not to young =D. It's not that hard but something that is crucial for meditation,for me is that I need music. Bineral beats are very helpful , like theta beats. After you get used to meditation try contacting your spirit guide. another thing is to try to Astral project. It's really hard but it's not impossible. I hope that answers some of your questions! =D

@delagrazia - When contacting the spirit world one should always obtain protection by saying a prayer briefly before beginning to ask for guidance and protection. This puts you on a higher level.

sorry but...this video was not too great anyways... the volume of your mic was not set right and actually kept pulling me out of mediation every time you talked. It made it very hard for me to stay focus. Not to mention you spoke very fast. Instead of letting things happen normally in meditation i found myself having to rush it. alot of unwanted or not needed rambling too many words. and you didn't end it well enough either. their was no state of coming out.
