Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ File Sort Problem

An example of the problem I'm having with firmware 1.55 for the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ media player.

As you can see, I'm selecting the first song listed in ALPHABETICAL order "Ain't No Fun", but it's actually playing the first song in the ALBUM PLAY order "Dirty Deeds". This can be replicated with any artist or album, as well as media files.

Other media playing devices on my network (Xbox 360, Playstation 3) display and play the media correctly.

@zodigital Yeah. I called Seagate and they told me to return the device to the store for a replacement (?) and then try it both before and after the latest firmware update. I fear they know even less about the problem than I do, which worries me.

I thought it was just me having this problem. It worked fine before the last update that gave us Netflix streaming. I hope they fix it soon because it's frustrating, espcially when going through the listing of shows on Hulu through Playon.
