Hair is not only a racist he is also an incompetent umpire. How can you noball a bowler for his action while you are the wicket umpire. you are supposed to concentrate of bowlers foot

poor umpiring always ruins games. the momentum goes, the confidence of the players in the umpires and themselves goes and it's just unfair to both sides.
hair was a disptick for getting that wrong.
