    Or it's because production switched his ear monitor back to the other feed at the studio, being that it is extremely loud, he probably couldn't hear...however he's still a douche so I'll take the latter.

    He probably didn't hear her, it's loud, there's an earpiece in his ear, and we hear her because of the mic above her, so I doubt it was intentional
