Why do I get the image of Barrack Obama & Joe Biden carrying out a big screen TV from BestBuy and yelling "GENERAL WELFARE!!!"?

Every decision of the SCOTUS begins with the words "It is the opinion of the court..." That's right--OPINION. The SCOTUS is a glorified advisory board that has no power at all unless the rest of the Federal government agrees to abide by their convoluted opinions. Great video!

Civil Unions could be cited under Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of Religious Practice, however I believe coining the phrase, "Gay Marriage" from a legal or policy position is indeed great folly. It is foolish and wrong, as it tramples upon seperation of church (religion) and state (legislation), by taking a position as to whether homosexuality is a reality or not. Whether it contains moral decency is irrelevent on the part of a the governing bodies of the U.S. but civil unions ensure equality.

That analogy isnt exactly valid. First of all I was talking about whether or not one is born gay. Also in that case it would be the black people's opinion that matters most since they are being denied rights.

As a republican I just think theres way more important things to worry about. I mean why should anyone care if they get married.

It would make logic sense that if an individual truly is 'born gay' there would be a genetic difference between another individual that was 'born straight' and that genetic difference would be observable.
