@vidyistgeil i heard it's pretty hard to make if u are not too experienced in cooking/baking. practice is what will perfect them. but they don't have to be absolutely perfect to taste good. i never made them but i looked a bunch of blogs, sites, and videos and they have many tips (and flavors) in the art of le macaron :) i wanted to make some as well for my french class. u can get some almond flour in organic stores like traders joe bonne chance!
