This doesn't come as stock with the ability to fire weapons, but I'm sure if you look around you will find effects that you can add to create the illusion of firing them.
David Brice produced a nice Iris model, but it's a little dated now. The A2A model in this video is by far the nicest presently available.

The simulator is Microsoft FSX and the aircraft is a 3rd party "payware" add-on by A2A Simulations. It's built to run on a PC, but can be run on an Apple with a copy of Boot Camp and Windows XP or Vista.
