I personally believe that if you run from the law and put innocent people in danger, you give up all your rights not to have your ass kicked when you get caught. Plus, can you imagine the adrenaline that is racing through those officers during a chase, of course they're going to beat the snot out of person when they get a hold of them! I would and I am willing to bet you would too, if one of your loved ones was injured or killed by an idiot running from the law.
