@iveszloco Straight from a "real" fan...oh wait, no such a real fan wouldn't discount the band so hastily. It's not just 4 select people, as much as it is an attitude. Have that mentality, that attitude that charisma and I agree with others that the band could actually continue in some form without even Gene or Paul. Then again, a 1/2 hearted fan wouldn't understand.

@skullvomit666 It's business; it's the marketing and identity aspect that is why the original 4 faces remain. WAY too much money at stake and invested in those iconic faces.

Only with a few exceptions,most bands always have to replace members in the band,or the band will die.KISS is no exception.It is unfortunate that Peter and Ace are no longer in the band,due to whatever reason.But in my opinion it is the character of each makeup face that is what most fans want to see,not necessarily a certain person.Yeah,I wish Peter and Ace were still there but they are not.I personally have moved on with that.Should there be two new characters,maybe,but why?Originality is best
