From the album Eyes of Horror

Every night I see through eyes
Of a different lunatic
And every night I fantasize
In trancial mesmeric

All alone inside my head
Within my padded cell
Ruled by thoughts of another mind
Controlled by unseen eyes

In my mind I see the sun
Plunge into the sea I listen to my
Tales now I'll tell you what I see
And so the corpses
And the thrill
My mind is warped
Nothing's real

Do I dream
Or is it true
The piercing scream
She never knew

  • I bought this album on tape back on the days, and it was a split album with Kreator - Flag Of Hate.

Side A: Possessed - Eyes Of Horror

Side B: Kreator - Flag Of Hate

  • @jprp999 sounds a little like motorhead dont you think, but with a more agressive tone

  • @glitchedgamer RIGHT?

  • @kelter1234 I got the cd with this and beyond the gates on the other week and the ep stuff is the weakest-beyond the gates is better but still not like 7 churches.

There is a bit of a motorhead sound in this but also early exodus and something else i cant pin down.

  • One of the solos that changed my life

  • @svartlav

Hahah, me too and I still have that tape :D

  • @PeaceLoveMurder Hell yeah they did own, and after it had been twenty years they still bring it!

  • @PeaceLoveMurder I was there..I had the King Diamond 'Them' shirt on..was awesome..great time\m/*_*\m/

  • @1846alexander I dislike the thin and anemic guitar tone, but I like the song. They fucking OWNED at Bonded by Baloff. I've liked them from the beginning, but they played and sounded 10x better than I thought they would (except for the sound guy fucking up with the drum sound at first). I was totally winded after being up front and in the pit for their set and only barely made it though Exodus. I was expecting more of a nostalgia act, but they sound totally fresh and relevant today.

  • This is weak compared to the stuff on 7 churches, it sounds like speed metal.

  • @1846alexander dude the same!!!!!!
