Great drills...one question I have though...when teaching Novice, Atom and peewee aged kids...should I have them in more a hockey posture? Knees bent, leaning forward ...etc? I notice your legs are staight when doing these drills...is that for a reason? Again...great drills and thanks for posting!

Quick question. Where do you cut your stick; or how high does it go when you stand it straight while wearing skates? and what height of stick do you recommend?
thanks :)

Great stuff. If you want to be a great stick handler it's essential that you are able to control the puck efficiently from all positions. I'm a goaltender, but when I'm not playing. I usually practice stick handling at least 20 minutes a day in my free time so I can be as equally good at playing the puck as stopping it. But even the best players will tell you that no matter how good you are, it still all comes back down to the basics.

@tylerdurdonxx Very true. Couldn't have said it better myself. Nice work as a goaltender.

@skateforlife244 This is fake ice made by Kwik Ice. It's filmed at a hockey training center in Santa Ana, CA called Athletic Republic.
