If they raise their right hand, you will raise your left hand, because it LOOKS like that they raised their left hand. But if you want to learn how they REALLY do it in the video, you should learn it with a flipped video. If they raise their left hand in flipped video, you raise your right hand and you learn it in the same way that they do it in the REAL video. Did you understand?

If you learn the dance watching mirrored or flipped video, you don't have to think "Is this move to the right or left? Wich hand was it again...?! HELP!" because if you try to learn it "mirrored with this video", you learn it as they do in the real video... -__- I'm not so good at explaning... Or... umm... Let's play that you are watching mirror and you raise your right hand - in the mirror it looks like that you rais your LEFT hand. Now, the video is the mirror.
