@Hilton205 It used to use a pst file. Outlook on Windows still does, it's a VERY bad annoying system and those files are prone to corruption. Now each email and file is a separate file in a folder structure. A pst file is a single monolithic file sort of like a zip file, but everything in it is hidden from the outside world. You can't add to it or remove from it without remaking the entire file. George Bush lost several million emails years ago because he thought it was incremental. It wasn't.
