    We need not only outsource the help desk to a virtual world. We can also outsource the other workers to this world.

    This will not need to put people out of work. People will have new jobs as puppetmasters, playing with these new virtual environments.

  • Yikes! I'm a help desk technician! Thanks for the post. Time to get back in school, get my degree, and leave this position in the IT field.

    In the back of my mind I knew that there was software out there that would eliminate my job. Nice to be informed.
