  • Though this is a sad and unfortunate incident having an individual running around on a road where posted speed limits range between 45-55 mph put himself and passing motorists in immediate threat of danger. It isn’t a matter of whether or not he had a weapon but if he himself can cause immediate threat of life then use of less than lethal force is justified.

  • @zapazoid , I gave plenty of commands to you mom.

  • Holy shit! Why would you shoot a mental ill man twice with a taser? How mother F*****G STUPID CAN YOU BE?

We miss you soooo much brian!

    :'(

  • Some say, this is exactly why tasers are now used. FALSE. Tasers are SUPPOSE to be used instead of guns. Meaning, during say, a scuffle, instead pulling out a real gun and killing, you instead use the NON-LETHAL gun. Why was this fine man NOT physically detained 1st ? My brother is a cop, and will NOT use a taser unless there is NO alternative. First is verbal commands, then physical restraining, THEN alternative methods.

  • yea thats it taze a mentaly ill man not once but twice, all i can say is how can that cop sleep at night?ladies and gents just type police brutality in on youtube search and watch, does itt make ya feel safer? only a small % of what these cops do is caught on tape, all the rest is swept under the rug, because a cops word is believed over a civillians word hands down. i remember when it was a free country, however that was long ago. and if my comments bother you then TFB.

  • Great Comment! Way to put yourself in someone else's shoes and be objective - Maybe we can follow your example and say something just as profound when you or one or your loved ones drops to the ground 'dead as a doornail' as the result of a situation like this :D

  • I am in shock after listening to this. This is tragic, and my deepest condolences for those who loved him so dearly.

  • Police gave plenty of commands to this nut.
