Sorry about the chaotic messages. But the answer was to long , and had to be posted as 2 messages. I messed it up and they got posted in the wrong order. So read the bottom one first and the top one last.
Close the layer properties. In the Perspective view bottom left , click on the Show/Hide Camera button to see your camera cone.Go to top menu -View- Show -Control to see motion path. You can now animate the camera moving in out turning tilting panning trucking , Animating the camera in the top and side view is the easiest way.
You can add a camera. Just click the + sign in the left compartment of the timeline.Then choose camera from the popup menu. With the new camera still highlighted add a peg. With the peg selected open the layer properties and cross of the Enable 3D option.Choose In the Rotation section, enable Quaternion
