[Done in 2008]
I did this painting on the upper platform of the Fruitvale Bart (subway) Station in Oakland. The paint was really fun to create and the time of night was perfect because there wasn't a lot of foot traffic.

The only challenge was getting the camera at the right angle for film .... and I only had one battery which gave me only 60 mins. I didn't time the painting but now that I think about it, had to take somewhere in the vicinity of an hour and a half to complete. The canvas was 16x20 and the media was acrylics.

After I finished and was packing up the Bart (subway) police came to tell me that I can't film on the property. They said people alerted them that I was filming and it made them feel uncomfortable. Yea right, a guy with a paint brush, easel bicycle camera pointed at the canvas... didn't know art was a crime...lol.

Any way I hope you enjoy the video and leave your comments below. I will try to answer all questions.
