I completely agree with it as my parents are independent shopkeepers who are extremely hard working, working ridiculously long hours, just like Tony Singh was, in a dangerous, stressful and demanding occupation for the benefit of us, their children.
People don't realise how vulnerable shopkeepers are and how they put their lives at risk to serve the community every day where ANYBODY can come into their shop and do anything to them!
