go to the mine then go inside the mine youll see the brown penguin and he will speak to you about the next code

go play fishing then get the tiny fish to get the bigger fish and keep the big fish on your pole DO NOT put it in the tub thingy
wait for the mullet "veryyyyy big fish"
to come and when you see it come right next to you put the fish next to its mouth and you will catch the mullet get 100 coins and get the mullet award. Hope that helps ;]

I've done mission 13 and i dont know what to do, it just says(waddle around and have some fun) it says I'm only 74% done, what do ni do now i looked everywhere, twice, and i dont know what to do now.All the agents are gone
