I put the new mouthpiece on and then use a hair dryer to soften it up so I can modify the size of the opening to my liking.

To sort this problem, try look at few things.
1. Is the mouthpiece big enough for you? If it is too small, you may find difficult making the sound. I play around 32mm :-)
2. What key is your didge? Generally higher key needs faster vibration on your lips and lower key needs slower vibration. So adjust the vibration depending on didgeridoo.
3. Breath amount, you need to control your air amount . not too weak, not too strong.
So each didgeridoos are caracteristic, find out what's yours!

nice tip Corey, great idea. If anyone is trying this, just be careful not to heat the timber up too much as there is a higher chance it will crack. With some gentle heat, you should be fine
