The Buckeye Baler is a patented leaf compaction unit that vacuums up leafs, pine needles and other debris that gather on your yard or property and compacts the leaves into cubs of compressed leafs/pine needles that will actual cures over the winter and can be reused as mulch the next year.
The inventor, Grover Miller, lives Peninsula, OH and has other patents including the pumping system used by A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair which has been Americas Largest Concrete Leveler for over 28 years. His experience creating, testing and modifying an existing piston driven unit has been proven through the industrial use the concrete pumping system completes with minimal maintenance. The Buckeye Baler is his next great invention!!! Anywhere you see leaves being raked, placed at the curb or guys with what appears to be a jet-pack on their back blowing leaves in a general direction the Buckeye Baler is waiting to save time, money and the environment!!!!

  • Happy to hear that the ratio is 50 to one. This is a good idea but the system needs to compress the leaf material into a smaller format so the leaves can be burned similar to fire logs. The average home owner needs heat not compost. Nice idea, many have been thinking about this, I have seen several home built leaf compactors being used by homeowners.
