Jousting - Arizona Renaissance Festival 2010

These are some moments from the Jousting at the Arizona Renaissance Festival on March 6, 2010. I had to cut it down some. Original version was too long for YouTube.

Shot with a Kodak Zi8 and edited in VideoStudio 2x. There was alot of glare on the camera display so framing might be a little off. I was able to see the outline of the buildings behind the stands and used that to help position the camera. Also, because this camera only has digital zoom, I avoided the usual close-ups I like to do.

Even with its shortcomings, it's great for a basic HD pocket camera.

It didn't rain when we were there on March 6 (Saturday), There was probably rain on March 7. I remember it raining in Scottsdale the following day and being thankful we had gone the previous day.

haha i think a lot of falling off the horses are real falls because i'm pretty sure it'd be hard to fake
