Wii Disc Drive Problem

This all started when I instered a DVD and I heard a grinding noise as it was trying to read it. I quickly ejected it (fearing the worst) and since then, it would suck the disc in, whirr for a few seconds (as if it cant find the disc) then eject the disc out.

Can any one help?

PS. It has a Wiinja Deluxe installed and is a launch D2B Wii PAL.

UPDATE!
I no its a bit late, but just to let you all know, it was fixed a few months ago, was sent into the people who installed the modchip and they confirmed that one of the drives gears was at fault, a nintendo problem (shoddy parts :D) not a fault of installing a modchip :D

@MrEggow Its the wireless receiver for the Wavebird Wireless Controller. Quite good back then but both have broken since video was recorded :)

It still will accept gamecube discs, I buy new Wii, it says u must delete all dlc before making anufer shop account!
