@MARMARR1 DUDE do some research all it takes is a positive and negative plate less than 1/16 of an inch apart and about 5-12 volts at around 30 amps with some tap water and baking soda... BOOOOOOM you have hydrogen try to wrap your little mind around that.

They must have hooked this up to the alternator, because the bubbles of hydrogen increase with the revs of the engine. The only question is how long, (I should say how much) hydrogen you get from it. Because he says "cut gas bill in half". I'm assuming that means you can only run this system for a short duration before the water would run out of hydrogen.
If it runs on water entirely, would it not cut your gas bill to $0 and not just in half?
