I have Photoshop Elements 10 and it doesn't give me the option to Apply Image. What now?

@lace1123 Get the full Adobe Photoshop ;) Unfortunately, with the cheaper price attached to Photoshop Elements comes limited things that can be done in the program.

Do you know how to do this on GIMP? It's similar to Photoshop but I can't do the apply image thing for the texture.

@InvisibleVoices16 I have never used GIMP before. However, if something like this can be done with GIMP, I'm sure there's a YouTube video about it somewhere ;)
